Ore no Imōto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai (俺の妹がこんなに可愛いわけがない)

STORYLINE
Kyosuke Kosaka, a normal 17-year-old high school student living in Chiba,[3] has not gotten along with his younger sister Kirino in years. For longer than he can remember, Kirino has ignored his comings and goings and looked at him with spurning eyes. It seemed as if the relationship between Kyōsuke and his sister, now fourteen, would continue this way forever. One day however, Kyosuke finds a DVD case of a magical girl anime which had fallen in his house's entrance way. To Kyosuke's surprise, he finds a hidden eroge (an adult game) inside the case and he soon learns that both the DVD and the game belong to Kirino. That night, Kirino brings Kyosuke to her room and reveals herself to be an otaku with an extensive collection of moe anime and younger sister-themed eroge she has been collecting in secret. Kyosuke quickly becomes Kirino's confidant for her secret hobby.

CHARACTERS

Kyosuke Kosaka (高坂 京介 Kōsaka Kyōsuke?)

Voiced by: Yuichi Nakamura
Kyosuke is the 17-year-old main character of Oreimo. He has a distant relationship with his sister, feeling that this will never change. However, this suddenly changes when he finds one of her eroge and after confronting her learns that she is an otaku. Through this, he tries to be a supportive older brother while realizing he himself knew very little about his sister, such as being almost flawless at school to working as a model. After which he promises to take up more of his role as an older brother to her, and appears to be able to tell what she is thinking or really meaning to say despite her tsundere personality. Despite this, she is generally the dominant person in their relationship, with Kyosuke being shown to be openly intimidated by her, only standing up to her in truly serious situations. Kyosuke initially claims to prefer to have a relatively peaceful and simple life but grows to love spending time with his sister and enjoy the drama she causes to the point where he becomes lonely when she is not around. In volume 7, Kyosuke confesses his love to Kuroneko and they start dating, but they break up in volume 8.

Kirino Kosaka (高坂 桐乃 Kōsaka Kirino?)

Voiced by: Ayana Taketatsu
Kirino is Kyosuke's 14-year-old younger sister. She is mature for her age with a cold, tsundere-like personality. She is secretly an otaku with an obsession for "little sister"-themed eroge, as well as the children's anime series, Stardust Witch Meruru. She works as a photoshoot model and later becomes a novelist, the funds from which she uses to support her hobby. Despite her interests, she states she does not know why she started liking it and denies having a brother complex, believing the 2D and 3D worlds should be kept separate. Nevertheless, she is shown to be very frustrated whenever Kyosuke is with or shows interest in other girls, such as Manami, who she accuses as being "all over" Kyosuke. Likewise, she frequently forces Kyosuke to spend time with her, whether it is playing games or taking her out, but denies that she actually enjoys the time they spend together. She goes as far to sabotage his time with another girl but despite this she is genuinely grateful to her brother and even pours cold water over herself in a public street to prove that she is not simply selfish and even bought him a present as thanks. Despite stating she only likes eroge because of their cute characters, she shows a perverted side to herself when playing. She uses the screen name Kiririn when with her otaku friends. During the seventh volume of the light novel she pretends to have a boyfriend to make Kyosuke jealous.

Ruri Goko (五更 瑠璃 Gokō Ruri?) / Kuroneko (黒猫?, lit. Black Cat)

Voiced by: Kana Hanazawa
Ruri is another otaku girl who lives near Kirino and later enrolls into Kyosuke's school. She often wears gothic lolita clothing based on a character from her favorite anime, even during hot weather, and will sometimes add cat ears and a tail. Due to both of their tsundere-type personalities, she constantly clashes with Kirino when it comes to anything. However, both girls genuinely care for each and value the time she spent together. Kuroneko is very prideful like Kirino but is willing to swallow her pride to achieve a goal. Unlike Kirino who likes little sister-themed games and magical girl anime, Kuroneko enjoys teen-centered fantasy anime. She often mentions "dark magic", claiming that she has it, usually to Kirino or to Kyosuke. She is noted to have a very large vocabulary, to where Kirino commented she needed to use a dictionary to translate her novel. Kuroneko actually wears red contact lenses to make her bluish eyes seem red. Kuroneko also has younger sisters, Hinata (日向) and Tamaki (珠希), whom she dearly cares for, though her sisters and mother both seem to worry about Ruri when she in her otaku mode. At school, Kuroneko wears normal clothes and at home, takes care of her younger sisters. In the anime, she later refers to Kyosuke as "Nii-san" due to her wishing to have an older brother and suggesting to annoy Kirino, while hinting some affection towards him. She later joins the video game club after she enrolls into Kyosuke's school. She is also very good at video games. Kuroneko later kisses Kyosuke on the cheek. She became the first lover of Kyosuke in the seventh volume of the light novel but they break up in the eighth volume.

Kanako Kurusu (来栖 加奈子 Kurusu Kanako?)

Voiced by: Yukari Tamura
Kanako is Kirino and Ayase's fellow friend, classmate and model, who sometimes swaps between a cute personality to a bratty one. She is a talented singer who dreams of becoming an idol, often going to a lot of auditions. Since she goes to karaoke places frequently, she is capable of remembering any song she has heard at least once perfectly. She is unaware of Kirino's hobby and generally finds anime childish and otaku disgusting, though she is on one occasion tricked into cosplaying as Kirino's favorite anime character, Meruru, for a contest and wins. Despite winning the contest, she is disgusted of what she had gone through, but likes the idea of being praised and the event even helps her career.

Ayase Aragaki (新垣 あやせ Aragaki Ayase?)

Voiced by: Saori Hayami
Ayase is Kirino's friend and classmate who works as a model alongside her and is also her best friend. Ayase is a friendly, nice, and refined lady, but becomes agitated and somewhat violent at the thought that she is being lied to, which she hates above all else. She tends to believe what she sees on the news. Therefore, she disapproves of anime and manga, calling it a disgusting hobby, especially eroge, due to the media portrayal that otaku will eventually become criminals. Originally she had a simple crush on Kyosuke, thinking of him as Kirino's caring brother. That all changed when she finds out of Kirino's otaku hobby and how he was aware of it and helps support it. She later refers to Kyosuke when she needs to talk about Kirino and her hobby, even asking for his help in making up with Kirino. However, she still dislikes him, believing him to be the reason for Kirino being an otaku. She is also friends with Manami and even exchanged number with her. Later she starts again to have interest in Kyosuke and she invites him at her home.

Manami Tamura (田村 麻奈実 Tamura Manami?)
Voiced by: Satomi Satō
Manami is Kyosuke's childhood friend. She wears glasses and is described as "plain", something she views as a compliment from Kyosuke. She has a crush on Kyosuke and blushes to his compliments. Due to the time they spend together, the people around them assume they are dating; even Manami's family members say that they should get married already, as if they already think of him as part of the family. Kyosuke explains that though he does not have any strong feelings for her beyond close friends, he does not like the idea of Manami having a boyfriend for some reason. Many times, he is unaware of Manami trying to become closer to him by trying to do things that couples do and how she is willingly doing things to please him in any way, such as cooking and cleaning. According to Kyosuke, her speech patterns resemble that of a grandmother or an old lady. Kyosuke's long time friendship with Manami has caused him to spend little time with his sister prior to the series, which explains Kirino's strong animosity towards her, thinking of her as surrogate sister to Kyosuke. In volume 8 of the light novel she confesses her feelings for Kyosuke.

Sena Akagi (赤城 瀬菜 Akagi Sena?)

Voiced by: Mariya Ise
Kōhei's little sister and a member of the Games Research club, as well as Ruri's classmate. Similar to Kirino, she has an obsession with eroges, albeit she prefers the hardcore yaoi genre to an extent that she will even fantasise about her other clubmates, pairing her brother and Kyosuke as a couple and becoming visibly disappointed when Kyosuke assured her that he was straight. The relationship she has with her brother is quite strong yet it is unclear how they feel about each other. She joined the Games Research club in order to learn how to become a games designer. She is also very good at games, having the high score before Ruri beat it. This also attributes to her skill in programing, being able to debug very easily.

Saori Makishima (槇島 沙織 Makishima Saori?) / Saori Bajeena (沙織・バジーナ Saori Bajīna?)

Voiced by: Hitomi Nabatame
Saori is the leader of the "Anime Girls Unite!" group on the Internet, whom Kirino meets in a meet-up. She wears very thick glasses (shown as swirls) and speaks with an exaggerated tone. She is a fan of Gundam (her alias is named after the character, Quattro Bajeena) and is also a collector of their model kits. Despite her general appearance in public, Saori is actually an aristocrat from a wealthy family, and speaks with a highly formal voice outside of meeting with her friends. She is tall and usually has to get cosplay tailor made. As Kyosuke says, Saori is drastically different from how she communicates through the Internet and through phone or speaking with her in person, to which she seemingly switches to a refined and sophisticated persona. According to Kyosuke in the light novels, she is dressed as a typical otaku from television but has the body of a supermodel. Despite being a middle school girl around Kirino and Kuroneko's ages, she is around the same height as Kyosuke, which surprises him when he first meets her. Despite her cheery attitude, Saori is quite lonely, living by herself, and has always feared that one day her true friends (Kirino, Kyosuke, and Ruri) would leave her in a similar way that her older sister (who got married and moved away) left her.

Hyperdimension Neptunia (超次元ゲイム ネプテューヌ Chōjigen Geimu Neputyūnu)

STORYLINE
Players control Neptune, one of four goddess who is involved in a series of events known to many as the Console Wars. The story begins when the four goddesses are fighting each other, but this results to nothing after a while, so Black Heart comes up with a quick solution, which is picking which one of the four to remove from the battle right now. At this point, they all start to figure this out, and it eventually ends up that Neptune is chosen by majority. Unfortunately, Neptune bragged earlier that she could single-handedly defeat the other three goddesses, which results in a 1 vs. 3 fight against Neptune. Ironically, Neptune is defeated, and blacks out, only to begin dreaming. Through this dream, Historie contacts Neptune, but Neptune is still unsure of what to do, even though Historie tried to explain the situation to her. The dream ends, and Neptune wakes up in Compa's house, where Compa introduces herself and explains that she crash landed in front of her house, so she took the knocked-out Neptune in. After introducing herself, Neptune and Compa notice Neptune's wounds, and Compa attempts to bandage them up, though a struggle was involved, because Compa used too much bandage. After Neptune is wrapped up with bondages, as she called them (due to the fact the bandages were on so tight), she reveals that she can't remember anything up to that point, which leads Compa to believe that Neptune is suffering from amnesia. Compa then explains that there are powerful monsters running loose, but this only encourages Neptune to go hunt them, so Compa goes and finds an easy dungeon for them to fight in. Historie (nicknamed Histy by Neptune) guides them through, and they eventually come up to the boss. However, out of nowhere, Neptune activates her HDD and transforms into Purple Heart, which freaks out Compa, and subsequently defeats the boss. They eventually agree that the transformation was just a coincidence, and exit the dungeon. Eager for more, Neptune goes into another dungeon, followed by Compa, to fight more monsters. While walking around, the two of them literally bump into IF. She explains that she is looking for treasure, so Neptune invites IF (nicknamed Iffy) to join them. She agrees to stick around for this one dungeon, but ends up staying. After clearing the dungeon, IF suggests that Neptune should go to the Basilicom so they can receive permission to travel to other landmasses to fight more monsters.

CHARACTERS

 Neptune (Purple Heart)

Voiced by: Rie Tanaka (Japanese), Melissa Fahn (English)
The main character of the game, she is the goddess representing Planeptune. She loses her memory after being defeated by White Heart, Green Heart, and Black Heart, and crash lands near Compa's house. She tends to be a character with high energy, and likes to give nicknames to people. She also likes to jump headfirst into danger. However, she seems to be completely different when she transforms into Purple Heart, taking on a much more serious character. Also, unlike the other goddesses, who only change their appearance during HDD, Neptune's voice and personality also seems to change as well. Her name seems to be a reference to the cancelled Sega Neptune. Her dungeon ability is Hammer Crush, which allows Neptune to destroy breakable obstacles. Her default weapon is a sword, and uses a gun for her Gun command. Compa calls her Nep-Nep.

 Compa

Voiced by: Kanako Sakai (Japanese), Cristina Vee (English)
She is a girl who attends nursing school, and is the first character to join Neptune's party. After Neptune crash lands in front of her house, she tends to her wounds with bandages, though it takes some effort. She seems to be pretty shy. Her dungeon ability is Monster Call, which can summon bosses at certain points. Her default weapon is a giant syringe, which acts as a sword and a gun. Her name is derived from Compile Heart, the company who developed the game. She also wears the Compile Heart logo.

 IF (Iffy)

Voiced by: Kana Ueda (Japanese), Kate Higgins (English)
She is a guild member, and joins Neptune's party after they bump into her during their second dungeon excursion. She seems to be a headstrong character, and likes to accomplish the important things first. Her dungeon ability is Treasure Search, which reveals hidden treasure chests within a given area. Her default weapons are a set of claws, and she also carries a gun for her Gun command. Her name is derived from the initials for Idea Factory, evident by the IF logos on her clothing. Idea Factory is the parent company of Compile Heart.

Arfoire

Voiced by: Chiaki Takahashi (Japanese), Laura Post (English)
The main antagonist of the game, she will not stop until she defeats the four goddesses and takes over Gameindustri once and for all. She wears very gothic style clothes; black, with a splash of purple. Her hat carries a thorned rose as well. She also has purple hair, which looks similar to Neptune's hair. She used to be acquainted with Historie, but when they split Gameindustri into four parts, Arfoire turned against her. Her name is based off the R4, a Nintendo DS game card which allows the owner to download games, music, and movies for free.

 Nisa (Nippon Ichi)

Voiced by: Kaori Mizuhashi (Japanese), Michelle Ruff (English)
Self proclaimed hero. Constantly described as flat-chested, which more often than not, makes her angry. She will become playable through the Nisa Battle Ticket, purchasable for $1.99 through the Playstation Network. Her name is derived from NIS America (NISA for short), the company who released the game. She has large blue hair and sports a red scarf, in a similar fashion to a Prinny. Her name is Nippon Ichi in Japan, which is the official name of NIS in Japan.

Gust

Voiced by: Natsuko Kuwatani (Japanese), Cassandra Morris (English)
She is a young girl who creates items, usually out of very strange ingredients, and sells them. She travels the world to become a master alchemist. The manual describes her as having a love for money, but knows how to handle it. Along with Nisa, she will join Neptune's party through the Gust Battle Ticket for $1.99. Her name is derived from Gust Corporation, who releases their games under the NIS America label. Her outfit resembles that of a character in the Atelier series produced by Gust.

 Noire (Black Heart)

Voiced by: Asami Imai (Japanese), Erin Fitzgerald (English)
She is a goddess who represents Lastation, which comes from the Playstation 3, and is a very individual character. She seems to like to perform on her own, and does things on her own time, but she is quite forgiving and fair. She also seems to have a strained relationship with Neptune, but still operates as an individual. During the story, Neptune finds out that she is giving up her position as goddess. She and Neptune are also rivals, as are Nepgear and UNI in the sequel

 Vert (Green Heart)

Voiced by: Rina Satou (Japanese), Tara Platt (English)
She is a goddess who represents Leanbox, which is a play on the Xbox 360. She is quite intelligent, but is not as strong as she thinks she is. She also doesn't know as much about Arfoire's monsters as the others. In addition, she seems to be slightly arrogant, and Neptune describes her as stubborn. She and Blanc appear to be rivals, partly due to breast size.

 Histoire (Histy)

Voiced by: Mika Kanai (Japanese), Stephanie Sheh (English)
Although her true form is a tome, she was able to transform into a fairy-like being when Neptune broke the seal on her. Early in the game, Histoire contacts Neptune through her head, and Neptune is the only one who can hear her. She also assists the player by providing the tutorial; Neptune reveals this at the end of the first dungeon. In the sequel, she becomes the Oracle of Planeptune and serves as CPU in Neptune's place.

 Blanc (White Heart)

Voiced by: Kana Asumi (Japanese), Wendee Lee (English)
She is a goddess who represents Lowee, which in itself, is a direct reference to the Wii. Her appearance doesn't exactly match her personality, as she tends to get very loud and angry very easily, and this short temper causes her to take her rage out on others, usually Neptune or the other goddesses. She also has a foul mouth, which can easily be demonstrated in almost any conversation involving her, even during the boss fight with her. Shares a rivalry with Vert, partly because of differing breast sizes, since she is also occasionally described as flat-chested.

 5pb.

Voiced by: nao
An additional character, her in-game events can be purchased at the Playstation Network. Her name is directly derived from 5pb., the music company nao belongs to. She wears the 5pb. Records logo on her necklace. Because nao speaks Japanese, her in-game events come in English subtitles only.

Red

Voiced by: Kanae Itō
An additional character, her in-game events can be purchased, as in 5pb's case. Her name is directly derived from Red Entertainment. She is a young lesbian girl who constantly travels the world in search of a wife, eventually running into IF and declaring her her first wife.

 Uni (Black Sister)

Voiced by: Eri Kitamura
The younger sister of Noire (Black Heart). As her name implies, she represents the Sony PSP. Looks up to her sister, Noire, and suffers from an inferiority complex because of it. Establishes a rivalry with Nepgear, as did Noire and Neptune.

 Nepgear (Purple Sister)

Voiced by: Yui Horie
The main protagonist of game, and the younger sister of Neptune. As all the new main characters are portable handheld references, in contrast to the home console references made by the original four main characters, she represents the Sega Game Gear. She's determined to save her sister Neptune at all costs. Compa calls her Ge-Ge, while IF calls her Gear.

Ram (White Sister)

Voiced by: Kaori Ishihara
The first little sister of Blanc (White Heart). Her name is derived from RAM (Random Access Memory). The more talkative one of the pair. Seems quite possessive of her sister.
Rom (White Sister)

Voiced by: Yui Ogura
The second little sister of Blanc (White Heart). Her name is derived from ROM (Read Only Memory). She tends to be more quiet than Ram. Also looks up to Nepgear as a big sister. Because Ram and Rom are twin sisters, it can be assumed that as a pair, they represent the Nintendo DS.

Mobile Suit Gundam 00 (機動戦士ガンダム00(ダブルオー) Kidō Senshi Gandamu Daburu Ō?,

STORYLINE

Season 1

The main tagline for the first season is Rebirth Begins Through Destruction.
The series is set in 2307 AD.[9] As a result of the depletion of fossil fuels, humanity had to search for a new source of power. The power was found in the form of massive arrays of solar power collectors orbiting the Earth, and supported by three orbital elevators, each one serving one of the three "power blocs" on the planet, namely Union, controlling the region surrounding North America; Human Reform League (Sino-Japanese: 人類革新連盟; Romaji: jinrui kakushin renmei; Pinyin: rénlèi géxīn liánméng), consisting of China, Russia and India; and AEU, which controls mainland Europe.[10]
With this nearly inexhaustible source of energy benefiting only the major powers and their allies, constant warfare erupts around the globe among minor countries for fuels and energy. Countries that once economically relied on the sale of fossil fuels have plunged into poverty. Some even believe that solar energy threatened the "promised land of God", resulting in the 20-year Solar Wars. This chaos led to the formation of a private military organization, called Celestial Being (ソレスタルビーイング Soresutaru Bīingu?), dedicated to eradicating war and uniting humanity through the use of four humanoid machines called Gundams.[2][5] Mobile Suit Gundam 00 follows four mobile suit pilots termed Gundam Meisters ( ガンダムマイスター Gandamu Maisutā?), sided with Celestial Being. The main protagonist is 16-year old Setsuna F Seiei (刹那・F・セイエイ?), a taciturn young man who grew up in the war-torn Republic of Krugis. He pilots the GN-001 Gundam Exia, a high mobility mobile suit effective in melee combat.[11][12]
Unable to counter Celestial Being's superior technology, the three major powers eventually unite into the United Nations Army (国連軍?) in order to counter Celestial Being's armed interventions.[13] In order to fight the Gundams, the United Nations Army employed the help of Laguna Harvey. Harvey, a Celestial Being intelligence agent turned traitor, provides them with 30 GN-X, mobile suits equipped with pseudo-GN Drives. As the United Nations resist Celestial Being's interventions, a second team of Gundams, known as Team Trinity, appears and assists in the Meisters' eradication of war, albeit in a much more cruel and cold-blooded fashion, in contrast with the original Meisters' less-aggressive nature of armed intervention.
Alejandro Corner, a former Celestial Being observer who plans to make use of the chaos and destruction created by Celestial Being to rule a reconstructed world, subsequently takes over Veda, Celestial Being's supercomputer which is located in the moon. Without the tactical aid from the organization's artificial intelligence, Celestial Being is easily overwhelmed and overpowered by GN-X units and their superior numbers.
The United Nations Army initiates Operation Fallen Angels to destroy the Gundams, having discovered the location of the Meisters' mothership, Ptolemaios. During the operation, Ali Al-Saachez kills Lockon Stratos after a climactic battle. Alejandro Corner, in his unique custom mobile armor Alvatore, attacks Gundam Exia as the GN-X units proceed to destroy the Ptolemaios and the remaining Gundams. Exia struggles with the monstrous Alvatore, but in the end succeeds in killing Alejandro. Graham Aker, an ace pilot of the United Nations Army, then challenges Setsuna to a fight, seeking revenge for his fallen comrades and questioning the purpose of Gundams' existence. The fight results in the destruction of the GN-Flag, while the Exia is heavily damaged.

Season 2

Four years have passed since the final battle between Celestial Being and the UN Forces. Humanity, having established the Earth Sphere Federation, forms an autonomous peace-keeping force, A-Laws, separate from and above the formal Federation army. Given unfettered discretion, A-Laws is charged with the duty to further unify nations, enforce the will of mankind, and dispose of terrorist cells. Unknown to the general public, however, is that the A-Laws misuse their power and employ inhumane tactics to oppress freedoms, doctrines, and ideologies, all in the name of 'unity'.
Saji Crossroad has followed the path to becoming a space engineer, to keep his promise to Louise Halevy. But he ends up being mistaken for a member of the dissident organization Katharon and is unjustly imprisoned. Louise herself is compelled to become involved in Federation government reform and joined A-Laws as a mobile suit pilot during the four-year gap, using her family inheritance to fund A-Laws research.
Meanwhile, Setsuna, having survived the battle with Graham Aker four years ago and is in hiding, has witnessed a change in the world due to the actions of Celestial Being. Setsuna tries to confront the A-Laws by himself with his battered Gundam Exia, but is easily overpowered by their newer models. He is soon rescued by Tieria Erde, piloting his new mobile suit, the Seravee Gundam.
By combining the GN Drives of Exia and 0 Gundam, Celestial Being's engineers manage to complete Aeolia's plans for an advanced mobile suit with twin GN drives - the 00 Gundam - which is entrusted to Setsuna. To pilot the two remaining new units, Lockon Stratos' twin brother is invited to assume his brother's codename and former position as the pilot of the Cherudim Gundam, and after Allelujah Haptism is rescued from the prison he was being detained in during the timeskip, he assumes the command of Arios Gundam.
Unknown to Celestial Being and the A-Laws, a third party is manipulating both sides of the conflict. This group call themselves "Innovators", composed of Alejandro Corner's former assistant Ribbons Almark, and his six subordinates. Subsequently, it is revealed that Aeolia Schenberg's plan is to ensure humanity's survival; unite the world's factions through Celestial Being's armed interventions and then advance humanity into deep space and undergo Innovation, a trans-human process.

CHARACTERS

Setsuna F. Seiei (刹那・F・セイエイ Setsuna Efu Seiei?)

Setsuna F. Seiei is the primary protagonist of the series and was discovered by Celestial Being at the age of 16 for having special potential as a pilot. He is currently a Gundam Meister and pilots Gundam Exia, specialized in melee combat. Setsuna's real name is Soran Ibrahim; with Setsuna being his codename. He was once a child soldier of Kurdish descent in the war-torn Krugis Republic.[e 1] During this time, he murdered his own parents under Ali Al-Saachez's influence in order to prove his devotion to God,[e 2] and hence bears a deep hatred towards Saachez. Due to his previous religious brainwashing (and awakening from it), Setsuna claims to no longer believes that God exists, yet still debates the role of God in people's lives, suggesting that he still believes in God's existence. After going into hiding after the end of the first season, Setsuna reappears four years later and rejoins Celestial Being as the pilot of 00 Gundam during his fight with the innovators and then 00 QAN[T]
during his battle with the ELS. Disappearing at the later fight, Setsuna reappears decades later. Setsuna F Seiei is voiced by Mamoru Miyano and Yuka Nishigaki (child) in Japanese and Brad Swaile in English.

 Neil Dylandy (ニール・ディランディ Nīru Dirandi?)

Neil Dylandy is the first Lockon Stratos who decided to join Celestial Being because his parents and younger sister were killed in a terrorist bombing. As the eldest pilot, he is considered the pilots' team leader, and sports a more easy-going, flamboyant personality as compared to the other Gundam Meisters. He owns an orange Haro to help pilot the Gundam Dynames and has a personal feud with Ali Al-Saachez, who plotted the terrorist bombing that caused the death of his family.[e 3] After being killed at the climax of the first season, his younger twin brother Lyle Dylandy chooses to take up the title of Lockon Stratos and becomes the pilot of the Cherudim Gundam. Neil Dylandy is voiced by Shinichiro Miki in Japanese and Alex Zahara in English.

 Lyle Dylandy (ライル・ディランディ Rairu Dirandi?)

First seen in episode 9 of the first season, he was visiting the grave site of his family. Four years after the death of Neil Dylandy, Setsuna F Seiei recruits Neil's twin brother, Lyle, to become the new Lockon Stratos and pilot of the Cherudim Gundam and then Zabanya. He is shown to be easy-going like his brother, but continues to struggle with distinguishing himself from Neil. Originally a double agent from the anti-government organization Katharon, Lyle leaves Katharon and becomes a full-time member of Celestial Being at the end of the second season. During the events of the movie, Lyle pilots Gundam Zabanya during the fight with the ELS. Lyle Dylandy is voiced by Shinichiro Miki in Japanese and Alex Zahara in English.

Anew Returner (アニュー・リターナー Anyū Ritānā?)

Anew Returner is Revive's genetic twin who serves her group as a sleeper agent in the guise of mechanic who Liu Mei scouted after the activation of the 00 Gundam and assisting with development of the 0 Raiser and GN Archer support vehicles. When the Ptolemaios II arrives at Celestial Being's L3base and on Ian's suggestion, she joins the crew as the pilot and resident medic.[e 17]. Over time, Anew develops a romantic relationship with Gundam Meister Lyle Dylandy.[e 16] Since joining the Ptolemaios II crew, Anew unknowingly served as a means for the Innovators to locate Celestial Being everywhere they go. It was only when Revive is captured that Anew's memories are restored, betraying Celestial Being and disabling the Ptolemaios II[e 22]. However her attempt to steal the 00 Gundam is thwarted and she escapes along with Revive. Anew participates in the next operation to capture the 00 Gundam and confronts Lyle during the battle. But when Lyle convinces Anew to return to him and Anew is about to return to him, Ribbons takes control of her and she is subsequently shot down by Setsuna when she is about to kill Lyle. The 00 Raiser's Trans-Am allows the two to share a brief moment together, confirming their feelings for each other.[e 23] Anew Returner is voiced by Ryoko Shiraishi in Japanese and Lalainia Lindbjerg in English.

Allelujah Haptism (アレルヤ・ハプティズム Areruya Haputizumu?)

Allelujah Haptism spent his childhood as an orphan in the Human Reform League as a Super Soldier experimental subject in a supersoldier project, designated "E-57". While generally gentle and rational compared to the other Gundam Meisters, the experiments and drama of killing his fellow subjects in order to survive when their escape went array caused him to manifest a second personality in the form of Hallelujah (ハレルヤ Hareruya?), a bloodthirsty and outright sadistic personality. He is the pilot of Gundam Kyrios and Gundam Arios, as well as one of the pilots of Gundam Harute; all of which specialize in high mobility and are able to transform into fighter jets. Allelujah's rival in combat is another subject of the Super Soldier program, Soma Peries whom he shared deep connection which Hallelujah realized long before he did..[e 4] Though Allelujah managed to reach common ground with his alter ego to reach his full potential as a super soldier, Halelujah "died" revealing Soma's identity as Marie Parfacy before he is captured and imprisoned during the four year time-skip between both seasons but ends up being rescued by his companions after the other three Meisters reunite. In the process, after Soma reverts to Marie, Allelujah convinces her to join Celestial Being with the two becoming allies. But during moments whenever 00 Raiser's Trans-Am System, the Hallelujah persona resurfaces. In the series aftermath, Allelujah and Marie have apparently left Celestial Being to find their place in the world. During the events of the movie, Allelujah and Marie rejoin Celestial Being to fight the ELS in Gundam Harute. Allelujah Haptism is voiced by Hiroyuki Yoshino and Masako Jou (child) in Japanese and Richard Ian Cox in English

Soma Peries (ソーマ・ピーリス Sōma Pīrisu?)

Soma Peries is a super soldier from the Human Reform League. Originally Marie Parfacy (マリー・パーファシー Marī Pāfashī?), she was an orphaned test subject who lost her physical senses due to psychosomatic paralysis. She was befriended by Allelujah before he and the other flawed subjects escape. Once put through the latter stages of her supersoldier treatment, Marie's personality was rewritten and become Soma Peries. At her first appearance, Soma pilots the MSJ-06 II-SP Tieren Taozi, and later a GNX-603T GN-X unit. During the first season, she targeted the Kyrios' pilot as a traitor, unaware he is Allelujah, while viewing Sergei as a father figure over time. While drafted into the A-Laws during season 2, Soma is given the customized GNX-704T/SP Ahead Smultron. However, while confronting Allelujah, Soma regains her original identity of Marie as they put the past behind them. As a member of Celestial Being, she eventually pilots the GNR-101A GN Archer. When Sergei is killed by Andrei, Marie's personality reverts to being Soma until the end of the final battle. In the series aftermath, she and Allelujah have apparently left Celestial Being and are finding their place in the world. Soma Peries is voiced by Arisa Ogasawara in Japanese and Tabitha St. Germain in English.

Tieria Erde (ティエリア・アーデ Tieria Āde?)

Gundam Meister of the heavily armored Gundam Virtue/Nadleeh, its successor unit Gundam Seravee/Seraphim and finally Gundam Raphael. Tieria Erde treats Veda's orders with high regard, valuing the mission above all other issues. As a result of his arrogance and cold attitude towards others, his relationship with the other Gundam Meisters got off a rocky start. However, his attitude towards the other Meisters and the Ptolemaios crew gradually improves after being protected by Lockon Stratos from an attack in a battle against the AEU and Union, an action which costs Lockon the use of his dominant eye. Of all the Gundam Meisters, Tieria is the most enigmatic, with an unknown past and a peculiar connection with the Innovators.[1] Contrary of the other Meisters who were either K.I.A. or M.I.A. in the end of the first season, Tieria continued to work for Celestial Being during the 4 year time-skip. At the end of the second season, Tieria is killed by Ribbons Almark while trying to stop him from taking control of Veda. Tieria however manages to upload his consciousness into Veda itself, subsequently ending the battle by remote-controlling Seraphim from Veda's core and activating its Trial System to shut down all enemy mobile suits. He briefly returns in the movie in a new body but he ultimately ends up uploaded into Setsuna's 00 Qan[T] and is last seen when the Gundam departs to the ELS homeworld. His fate is unknown, although the 00 Qan[T] returns to Earth in the epilogue and a Tieria-type Innovade briefly appears aboard the Sumeragi. Tieria Erde is voiced by Hiroshi Kamiya in Japanese and Samuel Vincent in English.

Crew of the Ptolemaios

Supporting the Gundam Meisters is the crew of the Ptolemaios (プトレマイオス Putoremaiosu?) lead by Sumeragi Lee Noriega. At the end of the first season, the Ptolemaios was severely damaged and many of its crew were killed. During the second season, the new Ptolemaios II enters service crewed by the surviving members of the original Ptolemaios. They are later joined by Saji Crossroad and Soma Peries, the latter after recovering her memory as Marie Parfacy.
Sumeragi Lee Noriega (スメラギ・李・ノリエガ Sumeragi Ri Noriega?)
Sumeragi is the tactical forecaster of the Celestial Being mothership Ptolemaios. As the most senior ranking officer on the ship, she is the de facto captain of the ship. She plans all the strategies the Gundam Meisters take part in and her strategic predictions are almost always accurate. Her real name is Leesa Kujo. In the beginning of the second season, Sumeragi is reluctant to rejoin the others until the encouragement from her companions helps her find the resolve to help them. At the end of the series, she remains with Celestial Being. Sumeragi Lee Noriega is voiced by Yōko Honna in Japanese and Lisa Ann Beley in English.
Feldt Grace (フェルト・グレイス Feruto Gureisu?)

In the beginning of the series, Feldt works as the tactical operator of Ptolemaios and later the Ptolemaios 2. In addition to her programming skills, Feldt is also a capable mechanic. Though she tends to be reserved, she feels strongly towards all the members of Celestial Being as her family. She is strongly implied to have had a crush on Neil Dylandy until the latter's death but between the end of the second season and the movie, she openly develops romantic feelings for Setsuna. Feldt Grace is voiced by Ayahi Takagaki in Japanese and Chantal Strand in English.
Christina Sierra (クリスティナ・シエラ Kurisutina Shiera?)
Christina Sierra is the Ptolemaios tactical operator. Christina ran away from her adopted mother before being discovered by Celestial Being. She becomes good friends with fellow crewmate Feldt. During the battle at Lagrange point 1, the bridge of Ptolemaios is attacked by a GN-X. Although Lichtendahl Tsery shielded her from the attack, she is fatally wounded by a shred of metal from the shattered bridge. Before Lichty dies in her arms, she realizes her own feelings for him. She contacts the surviving crewmembers and tells Feldt to live on for Lockon's memory, before dying in the subsequent explosion.[e 5] Christina Sierra is voiced by Arise Satō in Japanese and Shannon Chan-Kent in English.
Lichtendahl Tsery (リヒテンダール・ツエーリ Rihitendāru Tsuēri?)
Lichtendahl Tsery, called Lichty by his fellow crewmates, is the Ptolemaios helmsman. Lichty's parents were technicians on one of the orbital elevators and killed during the Solar Wars while he lost a large portion of his body, which was replaced with machinery. Although Lichty has a romantic interest in crewmate Christina, she maintains a friendly and professional relationship. During the battle at Lagrange point 1, the bridge of Ptolemaios is attacked by a GN-X, Lichty is fatally wounded while shielding Christina from the explosion. He soon dies in Christina's arms after she realizes her own feelings for him.[e 5] Lichtendahl Tsery is voiced by Masataka Azuma in Japanese and David A. Kaye in English.

Initially, Lasse served as the gunner for the Celestial Being mothership Ptolemaios. He also piloted the GNR-001 GN Arms, a transformable weapon docking system for the four Gundams. In the final battle with the UN forces, Lasse helps Setsuna fight Alejandro Corner in the Alvatore/Alvaaron; though he survives the battle, his health suffers from overexposure to Fake GN particles. In the second season, he serves as the Ptolemaios II's main helmsman but during the season's final battle he briefly pilots the 0 Gundam until it runs out of power. At the end of the season, Lasse remains part of Celestial Being. Lasse Aeon is voiced by Hiroki Touchi in Japanese and Andrew Francis in English.
Joyce Moreno (ジョイス・モレノ Joisu Moreno?)
Joyce Moreno is the Ptolemaios doctor and longtime friend of fellow crewmate Ian Vashti from before both joined Celestial Being. Fifteen years earlier, he was a member of Doctors without Borders and began referring to himself as "JB Moreno."[2] He is killed when the Alvatore fires upon the Ptolemaios and destroys the medical bay.[e 5] Joyce Moreno is voiced by Go Shinomiya in Japanese and Brian Drummond in English.
Ian Vashti (イアン・ヴァスティ Ian Vasuti?)
Ian Vashti is the head of Celestial Being's mobile suit development along with his wife and daughter. On the Ptolemaios, Ian works as the ship's main engineer. He is a kind hearted man but gets angry when his machines are damaged. Ian Vashti is voiced by Hideyuki Umezu in Japanese and Peter New in English.
Mileina Vashti (ミレイナ・ヴァスティ Mireina Vasuti?)
Mileina Vashti is Ian's and Linda's daughter who joins the crew of the Ptolemaios II before the beginning of the second season. Despite her young age, she is a gifted technician, learning much about engineering, GN Technology, and programming from both her parents. Mileina normally staffs the tactical operations station, but she also helps her father as a mechanic, and even temporarily takes over his role when he heads to Celestial Being's L3 base ahead of the Ptolemaios II. In the movie, she openly declares love to Tieria just prior to the latter leaving for the final battle and subsequently the ELS homeworld; it's unknown if they develop a relationship or not. Mileina Vashti is voiced by Haruka Tomatsu in Japanese and Andrea Libman in English.
Linda Vashti (リンダ・ヴァスティ Ridna Vasuti?)
Linda Vashti is Ian's wife, and mother to Mileina. She appears in the background of episode 2 in the second season, but does not make a proper appearance until Ian later travels to space in episode 9 to retrieve the 0 Raiser. Linda later delivers supplies, new equipment for the Gundams and the 0 Gundam to Ptolemaios II and joins Ian in the weapons control room. Linda is noticeably younger than her husband. Linda Vashti is voiced by Risa Hayamizu in Japanese and Jillian Michaels in English.
